Outdoor Vendor - Parking Row

SCHEDULE

• Vendor Load-In: Saturday, Sept. 20 from 8:45am - 11:00am
  Event Hours: Sat. Noon-7pm + Sun. 10am-3pm
  Teardown / Load-Out: Sunday, Sept. 21 starting at 3pm
• Vendors must be in place for both days. Please read on for details.

ENTRY PASS DETAILS

• Please choose the number of entry passes needed below.
• IMPORTANT: Everyone at your booth must have an entry wristband. $100 vendor fee includes one pass. Additional passes can be added below for $20 each.
• Wristbands will be mailed to you ahead of the show (free shipping).
• These are special wristbands that allow early access to BOTH days. Please have these when you arrive to avoid any entry issues.

VENDOR SETUP

• Vendors must set up for both days Sept. 20-21. We have overnight security on the venue grounds. You have two options: Lower your tent and leave it in place until Sunday OR set back up Sunday morning. Your special pass allows early Sunday access starting at 8:30am. Sunday's event hours are 10am-3pm.
• Positioning is on a first-come, first-served basis. Rain or shine. Please keep spaces tight together to ensure all vendors have room.
• Parking Row vendors are set up in the grass along the walkway/road. Vehicles can park tightly behind booth. Keep it close! We need the space for motorcycle parking. Bring weights if using a tent.
