SCHEDULE

• Vendor Load-In: (Early) Friday, Sept. 18 from 10am - 4:00pm
  OR (Standard) Saturday, Sept. 19 from 8:45am - 11:00am
• Event Hours: Sat. Noon-7pm + Sun. 10am-3pm
• Teardown / Load-Out: Sunday, Sept. 20 starting at 3pm
• Rain or shine.

ENTRY PASS DETAILS

• Please choose the number of entry passes needed below.
• IMPORTANT: Everyone at your booth must have an entry wristband. Vendor fee includes one pass. Additional passes can be added below for $20 each.
• Wristbands will be mailed to you ahead of the show (free shipping).
• These are special wristbands that allow early weekend access. Please have these when you arrive to avoid any entry issues.

VENDOR SETUP

• Vendors must set up for both days Sept. 19-20. We have overnight security on the venue grounds. You have two options: Lower your tent and leave it in place until Sunday OR set back up Sunday morning. Your special pass allows early Sunday access starting at 8:30am. Sunday's event hours are 10am-3pm.
• SPACE SIZE is marked off ahead of time. There is little wiggle room, so prepare your space accordingly.
• Bring weights or ground posts if using a tent.

PARKING

• Move vehicle to one of the two VENDOR PARKING areas after unloading to help reduce congestion during vendor setup. These areas are only a short walk (seriously, they're very close), and are shown with white cars on the drawings below. Our team can point them out.
